My current research focuses on efficient data authentication and integrity protection in industrial networks. Here I investigate how we can increase the efficiency of data authentication by leveraging the cooperative and regular nature within industrial networks and how these benefits can be extended across organizational boundaries. My research interests also include Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) and the blockchain.

I was awarded the Prix d'Excellence for my master's thesis on the development of a Tor-like network that protects against malicious activity and was runner-up for the CAST IT Security Award. I also received a student travel grant to present my research on efficient atomic data and cryptocurrency exchanges in Seoul, South Korea, at the IEEE International Conference on Blockchain and Cryptocurrency (IEEE ICBC) in 2019.
